Since returning to school, I've learned more than twice as much daily by observing Open Dental through an ever-expanding and deepening lens. ![]() Nonetheless, instead of letting personal frustration lower your valuable energy, stay on your true professional path, as I have, and invest in yourself. My disappointment with the pervasiveness of purely reactionary, autocratic administration and a general lack of interest in proactive management has increased, especially as my suggestions to upper management toward improving organization-wide communication efficiency haven't been accepted. ![]() Past a certain point, however, there may not be significant career growth to gain from working at Open Dental.
